For people who have significant pain or mobility issues. Gentle hatha yoga using yoga equipment to experience ease and stability. Check out the inspiring 83 year old Audrey, who visits us 2 times a week!

A class for post natal mums to regain strength & fitness. Babies are included in all poses and in movement games and massage. View a YogaBabe.
As requested by parents who want to have some fun sharing yoga with their children in the school holidays. This will be light and joyful for the children who live within us all
