YogaCalm specializes in Hatha and Restorative yoga for students of all ages, levels of fitness and experience - including unfit beginners. Check out the broad range of classes. Your needs can change from one week to the next. Care for yourself by varying the classes - 'Restorative' class when feeling unwell or stressed, 'General' class to enjoy a stronger workout.

General
Hatha yoga integrating postures with breath and relaxation practices for beginners & experienced students. View a class here.

Restorative
Deep rest and rejuvenation in supported poses to clear away the stress and tension from daily life. Many students come to this class in addition to their general or dynamic class each week. Especially recommended for menstrual times, life's transitions and recovery from illness, loss, trauma. View a position.

Relaxation & Meditation
Restorative yoga & meditation.

Gentle
For people who have significant pain or mobility issues. Gentle hatha yoga using yoga equipment to experience ease and stability. Check out the inspiring 83 year old Audrey, who visits us 2 times a week!

Pregnancy
Yoga specifically for your changing needs.

Mums & Bubs
For mums (or dads or carers) & babies. A fun session with massage & songs for the babies, and yoga for you. You'll learn many ways to practice yoga with your baby and have fun together, whilst getting back into shape and practicing some relaxation too.

Prenatal Course
Yoga for strength, core, flexibility and relaxation, specifically for pregnancy. You'll learn a variety of yoga positions, sequences and breathing practices to assist you in being active, centred and calm during the stages of birthing and beyond!
